Active minutes not updating

I have just got a new iPhone XR and now, when I sync my blaze, the active minutes don’t update and it resets the minutes on the blaze to zero. also tried it on another device (kindle fire) and the same thing happened 

i have done all the resetting, re installing etc but no luck. Minutes are my main goal so really annoying.

Do all other fields except active minutes get updated on phone when sync?

Do fields other than active minutes get reset to zero on  Blaze when you sync?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

All other stats update normally, it is just active minutes that resets to zero
