I cannot add a profile picture to my account. I have tried to reboot app uninstall it and reinstall it and reboot my phone. 

 

It lets me choose a picture has me crop it and says "saving" really quick on the screen and stays at the crop screen. Won't let me push my back button, have to press cancel.

If you want to update your picture from a computer you can follow the steps provided in the post that our friend here shared. Now if you want to do this from a phone, could you please tell me which phone you have so I can provide you the correct instructions to do this?
