On the Computer Dashboard go to settings. Scroll down to exercise shortcuts. You can have up to seven.
Put check marks in what you want and remove the check mark for what you do not want.
It will need to sync before it shows in the device it self

Yeah done that, and it shows the correct exercises on the list on the app, but the actual device still has the default settings and will not change, no matter how many times I reset, sync, or delete and reinstall. It's a blaze, and was fine until that **ahem** update that screwed everything up!
