Hi everyone! I did an experiment yesterday. I wore my old fitbit Flex on my ankle and my new fitbit Blaze on my wrist (I set up two separate accounts so I could monitor this properly). The Flex registered 2539 more steps than the Blaze (9693 and 12232 respectively). Is there a way to adjust the Blaze so that it's more accurate, while still wearing it on my wrist? I had no problem wearing the Flex on my ankle in the past because it's just a band with no screen. But the Blaze is a smart watch, and wearing it on my ankle would defeat the purpose of the smart watch functions. Anyone?? Thanks!

Hi there @KMansu. Great to see you in the Forums. Welcome aboard! :d
I'd recommend making sure that your stats are the same on both accounts (height mostly) as this could cause your steps not to be counted properly. Now, I would also recommend choosing the Dominant or Non dominant hand setting to make sure that your tracker will take this into consideration to give you a more accurate reading. You can do this tapping on your tracker at the top of the app dashboard, the first setting you will see is "Wrist". Here choose which hand you're using your tracker on and once youve chosen it, make sure to sync your tracker for it to take the cahnges and see if this is of any help.
Let me know how it goes!
