I've just bought the fitbit blaze this evening. After unbox it, and check on the screen. I thought that it supposed to have the fitbit icon shown on the screen as a default and the icon for setup automatically after taking the plastic protection off from the screen. Mine is nothing shown even I try to touch the screen or click all the buttons. I looked on YouTube reviews for unboxing videos and everyone are the same that there are the icon and setup screen on automatically. It should be like that?. I feel strange with my blaze now and would like to ask for suggestion please and will go back to the shop to ask from the seller too.
Thank you.

If it does not help then yes take it back and exchange it

Hi Wendy, thank you for your reply.
I try to click the buttons to restart, nothing happened.
I brought to the shop and the seller said I need to charge it first. He took the screen off and charged it show to me. It has a icon and the setup link on the screen. He said it took 2-3 hours to charge before I can setup it. Is that normal?
I asked him why is different from the others on YouTube that no need to charge first. But he's still saying charge it before setup. If it couldn't work. What can I do more?
Thank you again.

I would like to update the solution please.
After recharging a couple of hours, now there is the fitbit icon and setup link shown on the screen by touching on the screen or click the left button.
Then, I download the fitbit App and try to setup the device to see how it can work through, turn on my mobile Bluetooth, follow the steps which shown on the app. Then I finally found the 4 digit number for pairing the device and the fitbit vibrate a bit. I feel a lot better to see it can work through the steps of setup.
(But I just left those numbers, stop the setup because the fitbit supposed to be the present for my boyfriend. At least I make sure that it'll work fine after purchasing. Hopefully it will be perfect until I give him.)
Thank you for the reply above. And hope the message I leave can help someone else who has the worry or same problem as mine.
