After the firmware update, my blaze extremely hyper inflates my heart rate.

Back on June 23rd I updated my blaze software, and ever since then it, like my title says, hyper-inflates my heart rate dramatically. I took my own heart rate the other evening, while my blaze said 130bpm, my actual was in the lower mid 80's. It's registered as high as in the 140's at a time at which I'm at my desk working. Overall I'm it's metering that I'm consistently in a fat burning zone burning 5,000 calories thru out the day, yet I only put in 2500-5000 steps. what gives? Is anyone else having issues?

I've tried moving the device higher on my wrist, I've tried changing wrists. I've reset it twice. what else can I do?

Hey there @Jeremy_anthis. Good to see you in the Community! 🙂

I'm sorry to hear that your tracker is not reading your heart rate as it should. Since you've already tried to restart your tracker and placing it on different parts of your wrist, I can recommend getting in touch with the Support Team. They will be happy to take a look into your tracker to see what could be causing this and get you back on track.

Let me know if you still need more help with this.
