Hi, @Tatty_blaze, on you app go to account settings --> advanced settings --> timezone. Turn off "set automatically". If your time zone is incorrect, select the correct time zone and sync your Fitbit.
If the time zone is correct, but the clock is still wrong, then you will need to force an update. The way to do this is to select any INCORRECT time zone and then sync your Fitbit.
Once it has synced, go back to your time zone settings and this time select the CORRECT time zone and sync again.
Usually this flushes out the system and it should get everything correct again. Let us know how it goes! (And welcome home!)
