Alarm to remind me to move

Is there a way to set up the blaze so it vibrates if I haven't moved my 250 steps in the hour? You can do it on the aria and this is an upgrade from that. I can't figure out how to set it up.

@Juniper366  At this time, that feature is not on the Blaze - only the Alta.  (Although supposedly it will be rolled out to the Blaze in an update at some point)

It's funny though because I'm moving and it tells me to look alive.

I think getting the Reminder To Move notifications on the watch would be a great addition to the Blaze.

Currently I have set eight alarms, each at 10 minutes to the hour (I.e. 9:50, 10:50...16:50), but this (1) does not take into account if I have been active or not, (2) uses up all my alarms, and (3) does not actually gives me enough alarms considering my activity level is 10 hours.

Again, this is such a great feature and a real shame to not already have it.

Hello @Juniper366@TickledPinkTeri@Sheckle and @Kmransom123! It's great to have you here. I found this post from @EmersonFitbit with important information about reminders to move on the Blaze.

Let me know if you have any questions! 🙂

Have you tried using the calendar reminders?

I set up "meetings" on a calendar I only use for this purpose with alarms at 10 minutes to the hour repeating each day.  I've selected the calendar not to display so it doesn't get mixed up with real appointments.  Although it still doesn't know if I did move 250 steps, at least it reminds me to check.  ANd the calendar reminders (IOS) work "most" of the time.

I'll warn you though it is a little overwhelming...seems like it is always going off.

I feel Fitbit has created that wording for the alarms because we have created the alarm to remind us of an important event.

I have two setup, one to remind me to turn off notifications when I go to bed, the other to remind me to turn them on in the morning.

It would be better if we could create our own event message

Hello @Matthew82, are you asking about setting an alarm to remind you to do something or to wake you, or are you asking about the reminder to move that comes at 10 to the hour?
