Alarm won't sync

I'm having a problem with my FitBit Blaze synching. 

It will sync everything but the alarm for over a week now.  I have reset my fitbit, unpaired and repaired. Turned bluetooth off/on, nothing works.

Welcome to the Forums @LaurieMc.

 

Thanks for trying all of those steps to get the alarms to sync to your Blaze. I'll be moving this thread to the Blaze board as I think it is better suited for it.

 

My question in this case would be if the alarms are showing as being turn on in the app. Could you share some screenshots of the alarms that you have set? 

 

In the meantime I'd like to recommend that you try syncing with a different device and check if the alarms come through after that.

I was able to go into my account online and get the alarm to sync that way. Works fine now.Sent from my T-Mobile 4G LTE Device

Since I updated to the new dashboard I have had issues setting and changing my alarm. I was able to set it once. Now , when I go into the app and change my wake time, my Fitbit will not sync to the new time. It will only show the first time I used.
