Can you set the pulse alarm to go off if it too high or too low to alert you?? Please help!!!

No there is no way to do that. You can add it to the features forum if you want

Thanks Wendy... I was hoping for a better result but thought it was this answer... my 5 yr old niece needs to wear a wrist monitoring pulse alarm for highs and lows due to recent heart condition...
