Alarms no longer work on Blaze

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Ever since the update, my alarms no longer work. I have tried deleting alarms and putting them back in. I have rebooted my Blaze. Nothing seems to be working.

Does anyone have experience with this? What is the fix?

Thanks for being part of our Community @KA-Ram! I appreciate the troubleshooting that you've followed. You can now set alarms directly from your Blaze, in case you're getting issues with syncing it to your account, to do so:

  1. On your tracker, swipe to the Alarms screen and then tap it. You’ll see your next scheduled alarm (if you set one) and the option to set a new alarm.

  2. Tap + New Alarm. Scroll down to see this option if you’ve already created multiple alarms.
  3. Tap 12:00 and then scroll to set the alarm time. Be sure to set am or pm.
  4. Press the back (left) button on your tracker and then scroll down to set the frequency.
  5. Press the back (left) button to see your alarms. To disable an alarm, tap it and then tap Off. To delete an alarm, see the instructions below.

Additionally, you may want to confirm that you already have the latest firmware version

Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes.

I never did get my alarms to work again, but my Blaze decided to stop working so it became irrelevant. I believe it was just part of something else going on with the software of my Blaze. But after two calls to customer support, they will be sending me a new Blaze.

So, no actual resolve to the problem, but all is well that ends well (I hope!).

Thanks for getting back @KA-Ram! I'm glad to hear that you will receive a new Fitbit Blaze, hope you can continue enjoying its features and now you can be able to set alarms.

Try a restart http://help.fitbit.com/?q=restart

Or you could shut down the Blaze through its settings menu.
