All my information has disappeared

Hi, I have a blaze and on Saturday I checked om my phone app and all of my information had disappeared.  In fact the Blaze had gone completely.  I had to re-register it.  I checked online and it wasn't there either.  Can you give me some advice please.

Hello @callista69 I see you are now posting from an account created in 2015. 

Let's go to your profile and see what history you have. You can also go to fitbit.com. You say that you removed the Blaze from this account. 

 

Now let's go to your profile settings. You will see the email address that you are logged into on the web.

 

Let's open the Fitbit app. Got to your account settings, now security and login. You will see the address that you app is logged in with, 

 

The Fitbit app and the web should have the same email listed. I'm sure for you they are not.
