Every now and then, my Fitbit Blaze will say I burned X number of calories, but when I sync it with the Android app, it will show a decrease from what it showed before I did a sync. For instance, today I showed 2517 on my Blaze, but after the sync I showed 2513 on both the Blaze and the Android app.
What gives?

It's great to see you around @FocusedII.
I would like to know if you are manually logging any type of activity that might be reducing your calories burned? In the meantime, I recommend taking a look at the help article How does Fitbit estimate how many calories I've burned?.
Hope to hear from you soon. ![]()
