Yes, I too just found out thtat Fitbit does not support Moto phones. Unbelievable as Moto runs stock Android and the phones have been out to the public for six months. Fitbit's response is too bad you have a $200 device that does not work with your new phone, not our problem.
They just suggested I can sync with my computer, but that really is not a solution is it?

Which Moto do you have? I have the G4 Play and although it's not on list of supported phones mine seems to work ok. Have you tried setting it up with your phone?

I have a Moto Z; used to have a Moto X 2nd gen that worked just fine with the Fitbit. It will sync, but it is not seamless. Also, the notificaitons really is hit or miss. These issues is why I contacted Customer Service. They have not bothered to understand what the issue is and have offered no solution.
This is my third fitbit and probably fourth phone. But I specifically spent the money for the Blaze to get the notice functionality.

What OS do you have on your Moto Z ?
Although I have a Nexus 4 with stock 5.1.1, i had trouble updating the firmware originally. I found out that it works flawlessly with my Iphone 5 and 10.2.
So i update my firmware with the Iphone and I can pair it back with the Android. That worked.
I also did the same thing once using a PC to push the firmware. I think it has to do with the BT stack or something.
Too many flavor of android. I bet it is hard for the coders to make it work on all Android phones.
I like Android better than IOS but IOS is the same for all Iphone.

Thanks, but if i went back to an iPhone I would have an Apple Watch (like my wife) not a Fitbit. I think Fitbit missing out by not taking care of Android users. Remeber, Moto uses stripped down Anadroid. I am not a programer but it can't be that difficult. What are all of those people from Pebble doing?
