Android app Dashboard not displaying all tiles in portrait orientation

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

After the Android app update on march 6th several tiles have disappeared from the Dashboard when in portrait orientation on my tablet. Turning landscape causes these tiles to appear. Rotating back to portrait causes them to disappear again.

It's working fine with the new version on my Android phone.

A warm welcome to the Community @BillIrwin. Could you please provide me with a screenshot of what you are seeing? In the meantime, you can try to do the following from your tablet:

1. Slide down and tap edit

2. Select the tiles you want to see

3. Tap the check icon in the upper right corner

4. Sync

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy

As you can see, there is no Edit button. When I turn the device landscape
all the tiles appear, including the Edit button, so the tiles are checked to
be included in the display. It looks fine on my Android phone.

On my Android tablet, if Bluetooth is off when I start the app I see all the
tiles, with the notice that it can't sync. When Bluetooth goes on the sync
starts and the lower tiles disappear.

Sometime since I created this post I have lost the ability to go into landscape mode to see the tiles. When I turn the tablet landscape the display doesn't change. I have had to go back to the previous dashboard to use my tablet.

Everything works fine on my Android Galaxy S4. Very frustrating that a fix hasn't been provided yet.
