Any app that can track weight exercises and stair machine?

Currently I use the app DeekFit Gym Pro to track my workouts. I can select from preconfigured exercises, or add my own. However it doesn't sync to my FitBit (Blaze), nor can I import the data into FitBit (that I'm aware). FB's step tracking is fine, but I do far more than walking (several different weight exercises, stair machine [FitBit's stair stats don't work for this since I'm not gaining in elevation], rowing machine, etc.). Does anyone know of an app/addon that will allow me to track these exercises (and more) and have the data show up in my FB dashboard?
Oh, and as a bonus, I use Windows Phone.

Welcome to the Community @BruceBFit! We have many third-party apps that can help you with additional exercises that you do, you can check the list here. Also, you can check this third-party post to know more about what's the data that will sync between Fitbit and other apps.

Note: I would double check, if those apps are available to download in Windows Phone.

Hope this helps. Robot Happy

@BruceBFit I track my weight lifting using the Strong app on iPhone and Apple Watch. It works well, however its not on Windows Phone, but that doesn't really matter because...

- Fitbit doesn't support tracking of weight lifting (sets, reps, and weight)

- the goal of weight lifting is to preserve or gain muscle mass, not burn calories

- sport science has determined that while HR is a good predictor of calorie burn for aerobic activities like walking, running, and cycling, weight lifting is primarily anaerobic and HR is not a good predictor of calorie burn

- in my experience, all wrist worn optical HRMs, from every vendor, fail to accurately track HR while weight lifting. Weight lifting is specifically called out by Fitbit as an activity that can lead to inaccurate HR tracking.

Given all that, my recommendation is to use a web calculator that uses MET values from Compendium of Physical Activities and then manually log a workout. You could also try tracking on Blaze with workout mode, and if calorie burn happens to come close to MET based calorie burn, then use that. In the Fitbit world I wouldn't pay much attention to HR during weight lifting sessions.

Hope that helps.
