Anyone Repair a Broken Blaze? Heart Monitor Specifically?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My fitbit blaze broke a few months after my warranty expired. Two other friends of mine had the same problem with the same watch within a few months of their warranty as well. Called support and they wouldn't replace it - no option for repair - just told me to buy a new one. Its irritating to think we're all spending $150+ on watches we'll just have to keep replacing... pretty displeased.

I'm guessing its a hardware defect. Screws on the sides look like a small hex head you can get in most electronics screw driver kits.

Wondering if anyone out there has had any luck fixing this thing.

Really don't want to buy a new watch... so displeased...

Hello @mrtoikka, thank you for sharing all this information about your Blaze.

I'm very sorry to see that you've experienced trouble with the Blaze getting broken, and that the experience with Customer Support was negative. They're always eager to help, but they do need to adhere to the official warranty policy, this would start counting from the original date of purchase.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding the quality of the Blaze; all comments received from users are always useful to continue to improving the products and services.

Let me know if you have further questions.
