I paired my iPhone app with Blaze, open the app to read my Blaze, it did, Blaze exhibited 4 digits number, I entered them on the app, the app said connecting to fitbit but never did.
P.S. i changed my phone, it was connected before on another iPhone. I wish i can reset the whole thing, please help. The time is not accurate on my Blaze also, i need to reset that.

Hi, @ayhamdahi, if you still have your old phone, please go to its Bluetooth settings (not Fitbit app) and tell it to forget/ delete your Blaze. Then turn it off while setting up Blaze on your new phone.
Then on your new phone follow the instructions to set up a new device. However if youe Blaze is already showing on your new phone (but not syncing) follow the instructions to set up a replacement tracker

I would like to know if you were able to paired your tracker? I think that our friend's recommendations is really good and that you should follow those steps.

My blaze was connected to my phone but then noticed the clock was out of sync and would not change to UK time. i deleted app and tried to set up again but fitbit and phone will not connect. once you enter the 4 digit number on phone, it tries to connect but wont. I have tried to connect to other phones in case my phone was the isse but still no success. Any suggestions?
