App Notifications - Messenger and WhatsApp

Hi 

I have a Blaze and previouly was receiving messenger and WhatsApp notifications however since replacing iPhone this is not working.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled all apps and checked push notifications are enabled, when I go into notifications on the fit bit app and then app notifications there are no 3rd party apps displayed.  I’ve also re-booted phone and Bluetooth. 

I’m running iOS 11.2.6 on an iPhone 6s

A warm welcome to the Community @Sue-82! Thanks for the troubleshoot you've tried. I would like you to double check that show In History option is toggled on. To do so, iOS system Settings > Notifications > Messages > Show In History. 

You could also try log out and back in after checking the above.

Hi

Still struggling and getting nowhere with this.  I have tried the above and history is turned on @SilviaFitbit

I've tried deleting and re-installing all 3 apps again but nothing is correcting this, searched numerous posts on here and tried endless checks but nothing is fixing the issue

The Fitbit app isn't finding Messenger or WhatsApp in the app notifications section?

What's annoying is this was working on my old iPhone 6S but not on my new one
