App doesn't track individual nights' sleep

I've had my Blaze for a few months and for the most part it works great.  Took a cross country trip recently and had a few nights of weird sleep.  I noticed after that, the app only tracks the most recent night's sleep and replaces previous nights with the most current night.  Is there a way to fix this?  I've tried restarting the app and the device and no luck.

@vickitr  In the app, when you click on the sleep tile, do you have any past history showing?

The individual nights don't show up as different when I click through the dashboard though.

@vickitr  I know when I use the FitBit app on my IOS device, only the top tile scrolls back through the days.  The tiles below it remain showing the current day stats.  (I am using the new dashboard version). Currently that is how Fitbit designed it from what I understand.

Like you mentioned, you have to actually click on the individual tiles to see past history.

I've never tried skipping a day to see what happens, I do find ocaisionly takes up to 6 hours and another sync before the sleep shows up. As for what can be dpne, the edit pencil may help here.

I find this annoying as well--when I scroll back to past days, I want to see the data from those days not the current date. It's confusing! I hope Fitbit fixes this.

Have you checked to see if the sleep is being displayed correctly in the Web.

I have found the sop seems to take a while to uodate, depending on the Internet connection speed.

Welcome to the Community @vickitr@christinakyork it's great to see you around and @Rich_Laue@Kmransom123 thanks for stopping by! Woman Happy Could you please be more specific about the inconvenience you have with your sleep information? Please confirm you are doing the following to see this data:

1. Tap the sleep tile

2. Scroll down to see your previous information

On the main Dashboard you will be able only to see the information of the previous night, if you want to check your complete you need to follow the previous steps.

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy
