App doesn't work together Egym en Fitbit

My fitbit blaze won't work with my app from egym.
Normally, it would have to take over the sport moments to fitnessapp van Egym.
In the app of egym, I've notified it, but I don t see any of it back when I did anything I do see in the fitbit app, but not in egyam's app.

Hi @Goodje - Welcome to the forums. To connect to a third party app, such as egym, you need to go into that app and see if it offers a way to connect to Fitbit. I took a screen shot of the Help page. But if you want to copy/paste the words into a translator, please go directly into the Help Page.

1. Log in op de eGym-app
   

   Zoek de sectie voor het verbinden van een ander account. Deze sectie wordt vaak "Apps" of "Connect" genoemd.

   Volg de instructies op het scherm en log in op je Fitbit-account wanneer daarom wordt gevraagd.

Voor het eerst gister tegen de avond een stuk weze wandelen 2,5 km en die werd wel in mijn Egym meegenomen maar de stappen teller en trappen lopen over de gehele dag in Fitbit zie ik nooit. Dus ik vermoed dat alleen sport momenten worden geregistreerd.

Problem solved only sports moments only take steps and steps are not registered in the Egypt app only for walking, running and bicycles go to the egypyan app.

Problem gelöst nur Sportmomente machen nur Schritte und Schritte werden nicht in der Ägypten App nur für Gehen, Laufen und Fahrräder zur egypischen App registriert.
