Hi @PhoenixEmber. Good to see you around!
This is a very strange situation and haven't really heard of other users having the same problem. I'd recommend restarting your tracker by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-15 seconds until the tracker restarts and then, restart your mobile device just to make sure. Once you've done this, if the notifications are not enabled, turn them on and see if they stay on for the next days.
Hope this helps and if you need any more help, let me know! 🙂

If the notifacations are being turned off, i very doubt that moving around at night would bring up the fitbit app, then tap menu - account - menu - settings - scroll down and tap notifacations - then tap the off switch.
It would be easier to swipe the clock face then tap off on the blaze.

I'm having the same problem. I'll turn them off, then hours later I'll pick up my phone and see missed texts, chats, calls etc... look at my fitbit, no notifications. Swipe down and see they're turned off.
I've never had to re-enable on the phone. It's always on the blaze that they're turned off, and it seems to do it so consistently that i almost never get any notifications on it.
Can you remove the notification panel from the blaze, or make it a 2 phase setting, or hide it deep in a menu. It's too easy to accidentally turn it off, unless it's just bugged.

My notifications do the same multiple times a day. It makes having the blaze more of a pain as that's one of the features I bought it for. I should have just bought a charge then it wouldn't be such a headache I am very dissatisfied

I have the same app problem. Every morning I have to reset notifications and then sync. Restarts did nothing but necessitate another reset. Please rell me there is a fix so I dont have to return the blaze and buy a competitors smart watch.

Hello,
Still having trouble with my blaze.
1-have to reset notifications multiple times per day (I have done the recommended fixes and restarted both devices. My S7 is a compatable device)
2- my quick view resets itself to off a couple times a day.
3- when starting an exercise the blaze will often not recognize my phone even when they are right next to each other.
4-i have not been able to get the music controls to work but one time in the past month.
please advise,
Thank you,
Garrett

Hello all, I hope you are doing fine!
Regarding to your Blaze notifications, have you checked if your Fitbit app are updated? If you haven't, please take a look at the following links and follow the instructions provided there:
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome.

No, this didn't help. My app keeps shutting off notifications as well. I work Midnight's and getting notifications on my device is the ONLY reason I got the Blaze. It's not my Fitbit (although twice I saw my notifications were turned off on my device) it's the app. I really struggled with the purchase of an iwatch and decided on the Blaze. Maybe I made the wrong choice? I gave Fitbit a second chance. I have the Alta and had numerous, continuing problems with it syncing with the app. I called twice about that but thought the Blaze would be better and gave another chance. Please fix the app. I'm over the problems.

I continuously have this issue and it's becoming an annoyance. All notifications I want to receive on my fitbit in the app are turned on, and also the notifications on the fitbit are on. I'm getting really tired of having to disable notifications on the app, re-enable, and restart my fitbit and phone to see if it fixes the issue. Sometimes it does and most of the time it doesn't.
The notifications remained enabled for days, for some reason the devices aren't communicating with one another and I'm glad to know I'm not the only one having the issue, but it's becoming a pain in the rear.

App is up to date, firmware is up to date. This didn't solve the issue.

I have also noticed this happening. I'm not sure when it does. I just realise I haven't had notifications and I check the phone app and it's had notifications turned off. I'm wondering if it happens whenever there is an update to the firmware on the phone or the fitbit?

I’m also having this issue with my blaze. I have an phone 7, iOS, firmware and app are up to date and this issue has only recently started. The issue isnt with the app, but with the blaze, itself. Notifications are turned off on the device every morning and sometimes randomly during the day. I need to toggle notufications back on and re-sync to receive notifications on my blaze again.
