App not correctly syncing/tracking steps

My Blaze, dashboard, and desktop all show the correct steps, but graphs and challenges show incorrect step count. The exercise graph shows my walk for 1 hour and 11 minutes but somehow took 0 steps.  I do not input steps manually and I've tried restarting, uninstalling, and unpairing my Blaze but nothing has helped.
