App not showing data after syncing tracker

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

When my Blaze synced with my phone app it reset so that both the Blaze AND the app show no activity for the day BUT when I click on the exercise section (showing no exercise), I can see today's workout and, when I click on THAT, I can see the steps and calories as they ought to be.

How can the data exist but not reflect on the dashboard/Blaze??

Has anyone else had this happen?

Hi there @Kaelibean. Good to see you in the Community  Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems with your data not showing on your app. I'm not sure what could have caused this but it sounds like a glitch.

What I can recommend is to log out of the app. For this, tap on the Account section at the top right corner of the app, then scroll down to the bottom and tap on "Log out of app". Also, once you've done that, try to force quit the app, open it again and try to log in with your email address and password for Fitbit and once you're in, see if your information appears there.

Hope this helps and please, let me know if you need more help!
