My blaze is tracking my everything. The App is only tracking Miles, active minutes, and sleep.
I reset the Blaze several times. I reinstalled the app twice. Once reinstalled all info displays on the tracker until it syncs and it's wiped about again. When I click on steps, the steps for the week show but today is 0. If I click on today's steps it shows the correct number. I have to think there's some sort of issue with the app since the Blaze appears to be working. Battery is fully charged also. Any help would be appreciated.

I've had the same problem since about 10PM yesterday...still waiting for resolution.

Same problem for me. I have a Surge that works perfectly fine. If I remove both from the app and just add the Blaze back it will not sync any new information to my dashboard. I have talked with support 3 times now to update them with new information. As a nerd that knows enough to be dangerous (Lol) I’m guessing they have a serious database issue with the system that handles their Blaze information. If the Surge can write to my account but the Blaze cannot I’m guessing write permissions are not correct.
