Hi, @JGainey, have you checked whether your new phone is among the Fitbit supported devices. If not, that doesn't mean it definitely won't work, but it does mean it has not been tested by Fitbit and confirmed that it works consistently.
If it is on the list, then you might want to try redownloading the app and posting back here being specific about what issues you are seeing.
If it is not on the list you might want to consider posting here and letting others know what phone you are using -- someone may have some insight or be able to confirm whether or not they have found a work around.

If your ask8ng about tye app, tyere are 4 d8fferent versions, it woupd be nice to know which version, or s8mply posting under the app forum would be helpful.
There probably already is the same question with posibly an answer.
Have you cleared the apps cache yet?
