Greetings; I have bought my watch in March,2017, the watch was new and sealed in box NOT REFURBISHED, the battery was losing power over time and today when put on charging dock cradle do not charging or turn on, have test in 4 power adapter and nothing, would like to know if Battery dead, the dock cradle its good because have test with multimeter(see image attached), so only can imagine that battery its "dead" . How can I replace this battery or to do another thing to my watch works again . Need Help

Hello Wendy, thx for your assistance; I found the trouble, the device can not charge again using the power adapter by wall outlet and Now only get charger using Computer USB port.
Thx and hope that this situation help another users have the same problem.
