BLaze screen freezing and losing goals.

Hi there,

Has anybody had the blaze Fitbit screen freeze and loose hr goals etc due to this?

can you edit these lost goals on the Fitbit app?

It's weird to hear that your Blaze is freezing and changing your goals. I recommend restarting your Blaze and regarding to your question, you can set your goals by doing the following from the Fitbit app:

 

  1. Tap the account icon.
  2. Tap Activity.
  3. Tap the section you want to edit.
  4. Enter your new goal.
  5. Tap Ok.
  6. Sync.
