I just got the blaze and was setting it up, and it won't come out of the set up mode. I have tried restarting it by holding down the left and lower right buttons until the fitbit logo appears, as instructed... AND it just goes back to the fitbit.com/setup screen. VERY upset... please advise.

please advice on what to do. i'm encountering the problem as superstahh did with my new blaze screen being stuck on fitbit.com/setup. it wont charge, it wont display anything else.

computer (I only had it on those two devices) once there was no trace, I
re-entered my info as if I was setting it up for the first time. Now, I
did have to do this a few times and restart my computer, but it worked. I
hope it does for you too. 🙂

Same happen to me and what solved it was restarting the fit bit by holding down the left and right bottom button and restarting your phone.

Hi,
I have done all of these steps successfully. Except i cannot get the phone and fitbit to update as it tells me the battery is not charged. However, the battery will not charge and the fitbit won't move off the fitbit/setup screen.
Help?

I am having the same issue. I returned my first Fibit Blaze. My second one is doing the same. I have set it up using my computer but will not sync tracker. I was even sent a dongle. I have restarted my Bluetooth as well as my phone and tracker and nothing seems to work. I also have an android phone. I am becoming very frustrated and losing all interest in fitbit. I am so close to writing a bad review on their product.

I am also facing the same issue. The device is not coming out of the fitbit.com/setup screen.
I have tried reinstalling the app and it is showing my calories burnt till now(66 cals zwithout moving from the bed) but the screen is still stuck on setup url.
I have also tried restarting the device but I am not sure if it did restart.
Device: Moto G4 play
OS: Android 7.0.0

If the tracker is not coming out of the setup screen, it simp)ymeans that the setup process has not finidhed. If the Blaze shows up on your Fitbit account it most likely needs to have its firmware updated. There should be a notce to tap to complete the update.
