I have a fitbit blaze, and when I put it into the watch part, the back button won't work. If I take it out it works fine, but as soon as I place it into the holder, it won't work. Any suggestions? I am using the original housing.

When the blaze is removed from the frame have you tried to push in the button on the frame it self? It might be stuck
Moving to the Blaze forum now as it was posted in the surge Forum

I know it might sound silly, but have you put the screen correctly in place? I.e one time I put it in the wrong way around with the two buttons on the one button housing.

I did try that. It seems to be working fine, just not when the 2 pieces are together.

Thank you! Fitbit is replacing my device. No issues. And support staff was very helpful. 🙂
