Back button not working

Help! I can't press the left button. Once I get into any tab, I can't exit except to change my clock face and sync. I tried to press both left and bottom right button to restart. However, the left button doesn't work, so it can't be restarted. I even tried to shutdown and use the left button to switch it on. Again, nothing happens!

Same problem here. I haven't used my fitbit since 8 months because of back button problem. I want to try again and One week back I chatted with customer support member. She given few tips as we already know, wipe with alcohol wipe. I did it. It's really miracle. It worked. I just rub alcohol wipe around the back button and tested for 3 or 4 times. Now my back button is working. Happy to share this in fitbit community.
