The left back button just stopped working. I tried all the information I got from threads in Fitbit Community, but still doesn't work. Can anyone please help?

I'm very sorry to hear that you're having problems getting the back button on your Blaze to respond 😕 Thanks for all that you've tried so far. I would like to help you out.
Since you can not restart your tracker using the buttons, you can try to shut it off from the tracker itself. For this, swipe to the last screen on your Blaze, then, tap on Settings and then go to the bottom and tap on Shutdown. After it turns off, press any button and it will come back on.
See if after this, the back button works again.

Good day Ferdinand. Unfortunately, things are still the same after a shutdown. Hopefully there is a way to fix this. Cause changing face clock and charging this just to go back is somewhat, very frustrating. Thanks for the help...
