Band malfunctions

CS tried to tell me that it was user error for my prong breaking causing my watch to fall off my wrist. That lead to the pebble (blaze unit) to fall out of the frame and shattering the screen. yes please tell me that i wanted that tiny piece of metal that holds the band in place to malfunction and break to where my units is shattered.  i love my watch but sorry the blaze needs to have a better system with the prongs or have some safety features that the unit cannot come out so easy. needs to have better protection in the frame.
