What is the band material on the Blaze made of? Is it the same as the Surge and/or Charge/Charge HR models? Asking because I am very intersted in the Blaze, but I had allergic reactions to the Surge, even after following all of the recommended guidance and care tips.

I ordered this milanese loop band from amazon, and I love it!

There's tons of band options from amazon including silicone options that should be allergy-friendly. (Although obviously it would be nice if the band it ships with works for you.) Make sure to read the reviews and you should be ok!

Clearly Fitbit isn't doing "everything they can" to help alleviate this problem if there are a large number of users having the same issues without any kind of solution other than looking into third party bands.
Also just because countries are following their ecological standards doesn't mean that they are obtaining leather in a humane way. Please stop sending out regurgitated responses that don't mean anything.
If wearability and comfort are "definitely major factors" in the way Fitbit designs their products then maybe it's time to start looking else where for fitness watches?

I have a problem with this. I was wearing it comfortably and I got a severe allergic reaction, that all of the medical professionals I went to see thought it was a chemical burn. I got it from the Fitbit Blaze. It made me itchy for a week. I tried to contact Fitbit, but your website is so poor that I didn't know where to go to contact the company. Even though it has been a year, I think I deserve a refund. I will even put one on to show you what it does to me. YOU NEED TO PUT A WARNING ABOUT POSSIBLE ALLERGIC REACTIONS IN YOUR 'GUIDE'.
