All that I want to do is track my steps throughout the day and check my sleeping stats in the morning. Can I see my steps on the watch itself or only on the app on my phone? If so, how do I check them?

You can see your steps on your Blaze. If you see the time, tap it once to see the steps. You can always check the phone later to view additional information, including your sleep.

 

Go to the Blaze area, where you can find the user manual and related articles - click to go there
