Had the watch for 14 months. Worked fine until about 2 weeks ago and now will go from full charge to non responsive in less than 4 hours. Conveniently the warranty was up 2 months ago. I was offered a 25% discount on another watch. $350 for a watch for 14 months is unacceptable. Will not pay another $250 (if I were to use the discount) to get the same life from a watch. I’ll take by $$ elsewhere and get something that will last long enough for me to get my $$ worth. Do not recommend Fitbit products unless you just want to blow your money.

I am having the same problems with two blazes less than 18 months old for both. Called what they call customer service and basically was told you through away your money. They did offer a exciting 25% off. Like I would ever buy one of there products again there are so many more options these days. Thanks fit bit for helping me look else were. Very poor product.
