Battery died, now data offset

My fitbit died, it happens rarely for me, i know its bad for the battery. And I know when it dies the fitbit time will be off until I sync with watch, else how would the watch know the exact time. I understand all that.

So when I forget to do a sync to the phone immediately after charging after the device has died. The time will be wrong(offset), And I can go on all day and all night before I realize the time is off.

Well crap, so I do a sync and I have a ton of data that is now offset. My question is this, all that data that is offset and now stored on my app and has been pushed to fitbit's server, how can can edit it to shift accordingly?

If shifting data is not a tool that fitbit has developed, they must surely have a delete within range tool?

Its driving me crazy to see that have a sleep that shows I slept all day and and heart rate that shows I was busy all night. I know I can edit, but nothing seems to do exactly what I want.
