Battery dies within 3 hours

I've had my Blaze for a year now and love it but yesterday it showed a full charge in the morning and by 11am it turned off due to dead battery. I tried turning off everything I could to preserve battery life but now it dies after 5 hours. I'm assuming my battery is dead and since its been a year I have no warranty? I just hate to throw away a $150 watch!
