Battery draining and display freezing on Fitbit Blaze

My Blaze hasn't worked properly in a couple months. The screen is constantly freezing up and the battery dies within hours after a full charge. I've barely had this thing a year. Not real satisfied with this purchase :|. Should've went with the Garmin

Hi @nsb318, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with your Blaze freezing and the battery draining. I'd like to help you out.

My recommendation for your tracker freezing would be to give it a quick restart and see how that goes. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

Now, about the battery draining fast, I can recommend putting your tracker to charge and once it's fully charged, take it off the charger and put it on. Sync it and use it as you would normally do. Make sure to sync it frequently after this (every one or two hours at least) so that the battery levels are recorded on the app logs and once the battery dies, let me know so that I can take a closer look and then we can move forward with other options to get you back on track.

I'll be looking forward for your reply!

Hi,

I have been experiencing the same issues over the last few weeks. I have just reset my device again and immediately my battery drained from full to half.

Look forward to your reply,

Kieran
