Need help regarding this issue... sensor is working but heart rate doesnot show... battery drains in 4-5 hr..  what to do... i have reset the fitbit blaze.. switched off and on many times.. but its not working...

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems with your heart rate sensor not working and with the battery draining faster than it should.

 

A full charge on a Fitbit Blaze should last for at least 5 days with a regular usage, so if it's lasting way less than that, there's something going on.

 

For this reason, I've escalated your case to the Support Team for them to take a deeper look and see what is going on and to get you back on track.
