Battery draining fast and steps not being recorded accurately

My Blaze (which is less than 3 months old) won't hold a charge, but that's just the tip of the iceberg. If I'm wearing it won't track my steps, I walked a 5K and it said I did 892 steps. While it was in the charging cradle it tracked 13,000 steps! I've tried resetting and restarting it multiple times, nothing seems to work. Help! Is there anyway I can exchange for a refurbished unit? I miss my Fitbit!

Hi there @SunsetRunner, welcome to the Forums! 🙂

I'm very sorry to hear about the problems you're having with your tracker not recording your information accurately and the battery not working as it should 😕

I've gone ahead and escalated your case to the Support Team. They will be happy to take a deeper look and see what your options are to get you back on track. Just keep an eye on your inbox for further instructions and if you need anything else at all, please let me know!

Hope to see you back on track soon!

Thanks for your reply, however, I was informed by your staff that since I
did not purchase my Fitbit from an authorized dealer, that there was
nothing Fitbit could help me with. I have since contacted the vendor and
they agreed to replace the unit.

Thanks again,

Thanks for getting back @SunsetRunner! 🙂

I'm sorry our team was not able to get it replaced for you but at the same time it's great that the vendor you got it from was able to do it!

If you ever need anything else, let me know and I'll be happy to help! 😄
