Hi I have had my blaze for 21 months and the battery started only holding a charge for about two hours. When I went to charge it the too hot icon came on, not letting it charge at all. This is the third Fitbit product I have had and am curious why they all stop working short of a year or a little more than that? I have an old Nike digital watch/timer/heart rate monitor that I have had for over ten years and it still works with the regular old battery that it came with. ARGH !!! I like my watch I just want it to work.

You are not alone. Sometime soon you'll get an offer if 25% off a new Fitbit as their answer to customer service. I though the US was the home of excellent customer service. In the UK we just call it what it is. "Bollocks"
