Here is my response.

Thank you for your quick response. I am however very disappointed in your answer. Giving me a discount on another product that doesn't last more that 3 years in not what I want. If you really want me to " stay in the fitbit family you should fix my existing blaze or send me a replacement. I will not be buying another one of your Fitbit products just to go through this again an a couple of years. I feel you should stand behind your name and product. I see many people on the Fitbit forums with the same issue and many of them are "Leaving the FitBit family" to go with a different brand. I really like my blaze but if you are not willing to help me fix it or replace it I will be leaving the family as well. I will also be adding my comments to social media and the fitbit forums about a $200.00 dollar product that doesn't last more than 2 years.
