Battery lasting less than a day after a full charge

How long does it normally take to charge your fit bit blaze.... I feel like mine charges SUPER fast, and that I get less than a day out of it....which is odd; because I really don't use the screen all that much

Hi there @Angelbab347. Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

Your Fitbit Blaze should take about 1-2 hours to charge to the fullest and a full battery with a regular usage will drain in about 5 days.

If you're checking the screen a lot during the day or have all 8 alarms setup, the battery will last a little less than that but only one day seems not good at all.

I can recommend putting it to charge and once it's fully charged, take it off the cradle and put it on. Sync it and use it as you would normally do. Make sure to sync it frequently after this so that the battery levels are recorded on the app logs and once the battery dies, let me know so that I can take a closer look and then we can move forward with other options to get you back on track.

Let me know how it goes!
