Battery life and no vibrations

My Blaze battery constantly dies, but when you place it on the charger it reads full.  I also have several silent alarms and my watch never vibrates anymore for anything (text, move reminders, alarms, etc..).  I have reset it multiple times and cleaned the charging pins.

I am sorry to hear your Fitbit Blaze no longer vibrates and its battery constantly dies. I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts and would like to confirm if these are the steps you took to restart your device: How do I restart my Fitbit device? Have you tried to turn it off and on?
