Hi,
Could you please tell me why my battery charge never lasts right after it is charged. Also it doesnt get charged full which is blue colour but stays green. I tried cleaning the charger, restarting, and changing the USB port.

May I ask what Fitbit tracked you may have @Pyari. I don't think you are referring to your android phone.

Hi @Pyari, welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please answer @Rich_Laue's question and specify which device are you using? Let me share with you that the battery life of our Fitbit devices depends on how frequently you use all the features. I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much.
After following the above information, please check this help article for more tips and recommendations. This article includes a restart process that will refresh the device's performance.
Looking forward to your reply.

Hi @Pyari. your blaze maybe 2 to 4 years old and getting close to the expected life of the battery, but depends on how the battery was maintained. Frequent full discharges will greatly reduce the life of the battery. I do agree that turning off as many auto detected exercises, putting the screen brightness into auto will help in battery life.
I've stumbled apon your duplicate post and merged them.
We didn't know if it was a one month old or an 8 year old tracker.
