Is Fitbit really not going to admit that there is a problem here? I started with the same problem about a week or so ago. I went from a approximate 4 day on charge to 4 hours over night. I did contact support but being 2 months passed my warranty I got the standard 25% offer. If I were one of few people with this problem, I could see that it may get passed over but if you comb through this community forum you'll find a load of people with the same story. There's clearly a bug somewhere...
Extremely frustrated....
