@Bailie288, The battery on a Fitbit Blaze should last for at least 5 days with a regular usage. If it's lasting less than that, there is a problem with the battery for sure. I can recommend asking her to put the tracker to charge and once it's fully charged, take it off the cradle and put it on. Sync it and use it as you would normally do. Make sure to sync it frequently after this so that the battery levels are recorded on the app logs and once the battery dies, have her contact the Support Team or make a post here on the Community from her own account so that our team can have access to her information and that way, they will take a closer look and then we can move forward with other options to get her back on track.
