Battery not charging

I juz bought blaze n the battery charging logo is not showing n it is juz showing fitbit.com/setup. Anybody advise me pls...

Hi, @Bunnio, yu will not see anything except the set up screen until it is set up, so that is quite normal.

 

Go ahead and give it an hour or two charge (even though you do not see the charging icon) and then set it up following the instructions at fitbit.com/setup and you should be good to go!
