I would like to order a new battery. A piece fell out the battery.

Hi @Marymanderson  the Blaze pebble, which goes into the frame, is an all in one device - it's the screen and battery. You can't just slip a battery in as you would a flashlight. What was it that fell out? It's a sealed unit. Maybe a picture?
